A major UK airport was forced to temporarily suspend all its flights.
Edinburgh Airport in Scotland was forced to suspend all flights this morning following an IT issue with the airport's air traffic control provider.
The airport said that it is working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible and advised passengers to contact their airline for more info.
The airport has since reopened and flights have resumed.
Flightradar24's departure board for the airport showed a number of flights cancelled.
Edinburgh is home to Scotland's busiest airport with around 40 airlines flying to the destination and around 15.7 million people per year use the airport.
It is the 6th busiest airport in the UK, according to its website.
