Rowling has faced a lot of backlash from stars of Harry Potter due to her controversial remarks about members of the trans community.
Radcliffe has previously written essays in support of the trans community and has apologised "for the pain" that Rowling's comments have caused.
Watson also wrote: “I want my trans followers to know that I and so many other people around the world see you, respect you and love you for who you are."
It was reported that Watson also had a go at Rowling at the Baftas in 2022.
Now, Rowling has told the pair to "save their apologies".
Writing to Rowling on X, one person wrote: "Just waiting for Dan and Emma to give you a very public apology… Safe in the knowledge that you will forgive them."
Rowling responded writing: "Not safe, I'm afraid. Celebs who cosied up to the movement intent on eroding women's hard-won rights and who used their platforms to cheer on the transitioning of minors can save their apologies for traumatised detransitioners and vulnerable women reliant on single sex spaces."
This comes just days after it was reported Rowling could've been investigating by police for misgendering trans people.
She previously stated that she would rather go to jail than refer to a trans person by their chosen pronouns.
Police eventually said that Rowling's comments were not criminal and that no further action would be taken.
