This new film, released on Monday by an affiliated group called Al Wa’ad Media Production, was clearly intended to send a cold, calculating message to Western governments.
Heavily edited images of the Paris and Brussel attacks are screened in the clip before shots of a burning Union Flag and the Houses of Parliament exploding in the background can be seen.
In the video, a man hiding his identity with a balaclava says:
“If it was Paris yesterday, and today in Brussels, Allah knows where it will be tomorrow. Maybe it will be in London or Berlin or Rome. We will come to you and terrify you everywhere. We will come after you from where you don’t expect and fill your streets with blood."[caption id="attachment_50601" align="alignnone" width="763"]
