David Beckham has made a statement on the EU Referendum

In case you don't pay close attention to what happens across the water, the British are thinking about leaving the EU.

More than thinking about it, in fact. They're having a referendum which will decide whether or not they leave the EU this Thursday. While it had been looking too-close-to-call for the last few weeks, the Remain side of the argument is beginning to build a lot of momentum going into the final few days of campaigning. This will surely be buoyed by David Beckham, posting a message pleading with the British electorate to vote Remain on Thursday 23 June. "We live in a vibrant and connected world where together as a people we are strong. For our children and their children we should be facing the problems of the world together and not alone. For these reasons I am voting to Remain."
