A high court has ruled that calling a man bald can be considered sexual harassment.
As hair loss is 'more prevalent' in men than women, a top judge found that calling someone bald could be used as a form as discrimination.
They also said that it is similar to speaking to a woman and referring to their breasts.
The court case was brought forward by Tony Finn, a man who claimed to have been insulted about his features by a former colleague.
He took them to a tribunal, claiming to be the victim of sexual harassment, after his former employer referred to him as a 'bald c***' during an argument.
While the high court ruled that calling someone bald is sexual harassment as it is 'inherently related to sex', the details of Mr Finn's compensation have yet to be revealed.
