WAP just got more vulgar, who thought it was even possible?

Some moments in history become entwined in contemporary culture, so much so that people still talk about them a hundred years later. The roaring 20's, the suffragette movement, and the punk era all jump to mind as pinnacles of cultural excellence. But last year, there was a new edition to this cultural hall of fame, and no, we are not talking about TikTok thirst traps. Of course, we are referring to the caviar of music, the diamond of rap, Cardi B's 'Wet Ass P**sy'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsm4poTWjMs Despite the immense controversy that surrounded the song's release, WAP continues to be an instant banger capable of getting any club jumping, any girl-group rapping, and any Karen shaking their in in disapproval. Lollapalooza is an annual four-day festival where some of the biggest names in the music biz perform. This year, the likes of Miley Cyrus, Tyler the Creator, All Time Low, and Post Malone all performed on the main stage. Among them was none other than Megan Thee Stallion, who performed her part of WAP without Cardi B. One TikTok user who was lucky enough to be in attendance at the festival shared a video almost as iconic as the original.

As the camera pans towards the interpreter, who is there signing the song for deaf people in the audience, her gestures are not exactly what you would imagine. Or perhaps they are exactly as you would imagine if you are filthy-minded, which let's face it is everyone. The sign language is almost as vulgar as the song itself, the only thing that was missing was a skintight leopard-print costume, an array of wild animals, and a surprise appearance from Kylie Jenner.

Artist Guilherme who recorded the video had this to say:

"I was very surprised. I am very interested in music and how interpreters sign some music, especially rap and electronic music. Once I saw her on stage and WAP by Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B was playing I wanted to know how was she going to sign. "I honestly have even more respect for her job now, because it is an opportunity for deaf people to enjoy the festival the same way as other people, they deserve to have fun and be included on these types of events as well."
