Organisers announced today (September 17) all the information necessary to purchase a ticket for the festival, including registration deadlines and sale dates. 2018 was a fallow year, with no Glasto, in order to allow the land to recover. This means demand for tickets in 2019 will be even higher than usual. As part of efforts to reduce ticket touting, the festival's stringent registration procedures remain in place. So you'll need to upload a passport-like picture and contact info before midday on Monday October 1. Failure to register in time for this deadline means you can't buy a ticket. Thems the rules. Tickets will cost £248 + £5 booking fee per ticket and will be sold exclusively at glastonbury.seetickets.com. It's possible to book up to six tickets per transaction by paying a deposit of £50 per person, with the balance due in April 2019. Children aged 12 and under are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket. As with the general release of tickets, Festival goers will be able to book up to six coach + ticket packages per transaction.
