Drake has been overwhelmed with lingerie being hurled on stage in recent months.
But during a performance in Toronto it was the 6 God who stunned an audience member.
The Canadian rapper, who dropped his eighth album 'For All the Dogs' last week, offered to pay the medical bills of a fan who is living with multiple sclerosis.
The 36-year-old paused his set to address a woman in the audience, and after finding she had MS, he made a grand gesture.
He spoke about his friend Noah '40' Shebib, who also lives with the condition and even offered for the pair to meet up.
“You know, my brother ’40’ is one of the strongest people on Earth, and he fights through a lot of things," Drake told the woman.
"Maybe y’all can have a conversation.”
Drake twent on to offer to cover the fan's medical expenses to ensure that she would be able not get proper treatment and support, saying: “I’ma pay whatever it takes to get you get the best help in the world, I promise you that."
He then invited the fan to come back and see the concert again. She was overwhelmed by the gesture.
Shebib has collaborated with Drake on several projects, and was diagnosed with MS more than ten years ago.
According to the NHS, MS can affect the brain and spinal cord, causing a wide range of potential symptoms, including problems with vision, arm or leg movement, sensation or balance. It's a lifelong condition that can sometimes cause serious disability, although it can occasionally be mild.
Drake's gesture wasn't the first time he's show his caring, philanthropic side, during a set.
In a separate moment he offered to pay the tuition fees of two attendees at the show who had requested financial assistance with their signs.
He said: “This what I’ma do. We payin’ for your tuition tonight."
