Video: Free climber scales this huge crane…to have a protein shake

Free climber James Kingston, who featured on Channel 4 show Don't Look Down, scaled a huge crane for his protein fix. In nauseating GoPro footage we see this human spider scrambling up the metal structure. Once at the top, James pops out a protein drink and takes a vertigo-inducing swig.
