It's time to check yourself

Each November, Movember launches a campaign to raise awareness of men's health, including testicular cancer, prostate cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. According to Cancer Research UK, there are set to be 10 cases of testicular cancer per 100,000 males by 2035 in the United Kingdom, and Movember is championing men's health in a bid to ensure more men are aware of changes in their bodies and their minds. This month, in partnership with Movember, The Gym are encouraging gym goers to look out for any changes down below to help tackle testicular cancer. 70 percent of men don’t check themselves regularly.
