But this could all be about to change, as Starbucks have finally launched an app to let you order your coffee (and pay for it) on your phone.
At the moment, it's only live in the US but there's no reason that they can't bring it over to the UK too.
The app lets you pick the store you want to collect it from and then gives you a rough idea of when your drink will be ready.
It is already being praised for the benefits is gives to those with speech or hearing disabilities too.
