When one thinks of OCD there are probably a number of different ideas that pop into their heads. Firstly, light switches are probably there - the thought of an OCD sufferer feeling compelled to turn a light switch on and off lots and lots of times before feeling comfortable with leaving it be. You also probably imagine a person needing everything in their house to be just so. A picture frame perfectly level, pens on a desk lined up precisely - the stereotypes go on. But the truth about OCD is much more difficult and debilitating that being fastidious over the placement of items.
