If you're anything like us, you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning.

Especially in the winter months, it's hard to motivate yourself to get out of your cosy bed and into the cruel, heartless real world. Luckily (or unluckily, depending on your outlook) there is a solution. Swedish YouTuber Simone Giertz has created what she calls "The Wake-Up Machine". A self-described 'expert in sh*tty robots', Giertz take us inside her houseboat/workshop to show us her latest invention: an alarm clock that wakes you up by slapping you across the face over and over.
