Most of us are used to the occasional free mug or perhaps even a free cup of coffee after some particularly hard work - but employees at Spanx were given some pretty hefty bonuses after the company value hit $1.2 billion. After the investment firm Blackstone copped the majority of their stock, the CEO of Spanx, Sara Blakely, gave her employees the mother of all bonuses. There were no tote bags or free lunches in store for Spanx workers because Blakely instead gifted them two first-class tickets to a destination of their choosing - and $10,000 spending money.
