Best friends’ barney over beer ends in shotgun blast

We all have that friend who likes to shoot his mouth off.

But one man arguing with his best pal over which beer was best – Budweiser or Busch – decided to shoot his gun off, apparently. The Daily Mirror report that Clarence Sturdivant (64) blasted his friend and neighbour Walter Merrick (66) with a shotgun after his mate bought him the wrong beer. Luckily the man’s injuries were non life-threatening and Sturdivant claimed he had fired his weapon in self-defence. Maybe they can make up over a few pints.
