David Nyland and his wife Edwina picked all six numbers correctly on the December 23 draw - only to find out the entry had not gone through on the internet.
The Metro report that the Fleetwood couple topped up their account and bought a ticket through an app with the numbers 01 – 02 – 04 – 19 – 28 – 41.
They say the app confirmed the purchase had gone through, but Camelot says it has no record of the transaction.
'I am gutted, but what can we do?' Edwina told Metro.
‘I have just had to carry on with things and not get too down. Shocked isn’t the word, but as a family we stick together and just have to be grateful for what we’ve got.’
