The new King Kong game needs to be seen to be believed...

Big games based on huge intellectual properties are not having a good 2023. A few months back, it looked like The Lord of the Rings: Gollum might be taking the trophy home for worst game of the year (current Metacritic score: 34%), another famous adaptation might knock it from the top bottom spot.

If, for some sadomasochistic reason, you want to pay money to play this for yourself, Skull Island: Rise of Kong is selling for £35 (!?) on PlayStation 5 right now, and is also available on PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
