A hidden Amazon section is selling PS5 consoles for more than £60 less than other sellers.

The bargain Amazon PlayStation 5 discount is the latest in a series of secret sales on Amazon that casual shoppers may not be aware of. The deal cuts the price of a PS5 console from £480 to just £416 in one of the biggest console bargains of the year.

Amazon is a bit of a maze when it comes to finding a bargain. The site has a deals section where it sells everything from cheap Fire sticks to laundry detergent.

There is also the Amazon overstocked pages, where items that have been overstocked are sold at a discount after big sales events.

Amazon also has a Warehouse section, which is often referred to a ‘secret’ section where shoppers can buy slightly damaged, opened or returned items at massive discounts.

There is a fourth section hidden away on the Amazon website and it can help you get current generation consoles cheaper than anywhere else on the internet.

The Amazon ‘Renewed’ section takes technology such as the PS5 and has it inspected, tested, and cleaned in accordance with Amazon Renewed requirements to be fully functional.

The items are shipped with all of the extras that come with the original product including controllers and power cables, and items are labelled Premium, Excellent, Good or Acceptable depending on the condition.

The PS5 console is down to £416, which is over £60 off the usual asking price for the console. 

The PlayStation 5 is not the only incredible gaming discount available in the Renewed section. A Neon Red/Neon Blue edition Nintendo Switch is priced at £204 - down from £247 - is the cheapest available online at the moment as fans await news of the new Nintendo Switch 2 launch.
