Watch in horror as someone desecrates mac & cheese by adding a ton of avocado

Avocado was, for a long time, the default 'hip' food.

Hipsters loved it, but like all things hipsters love, they eventually tired of it and move on to the next obscure and/or pointless thing to obsess over. Avocados haven't quite been abandoned, but they've sufficiently penetrated the mainstream enough for hipsters to call time on the green mushy fruit. But there's one last desperate breath left in the avocado, one final scratch at the cliff face before it tumbles into the Sea of 'No Thanks'. This is hard to watch, but watch you must, as a health food blog attempts to create an avocado mac and cheese.
