Stop everything! Richard Osman has just created the World Cup of Biscuits

You're going to be seeing a lot of controversial views around Jaffa Cakes.

Richard Osman is a great man for the Twitter World Cups - we've had chocolate, crisps and Christmas films to name but three - and now he's starting off the great biscuit debate that you never knew you needed to be part of. But you do. Earlier today, voting started.
