But Polish strongman Krzysztof Radzikowski made 206kg of timber look light as a feather. He was competing in the giant log lift at the MHP Strongman Champions League at the FIBO fitness expo. But this huge lift by the Pole broke the world record set by legendary strongman Zydrunas Savickas. Not only does the log weigh a ridiculous 31st, it's 12ft long. Try that down the gym.
