But when you're set to play a mass monster such as Tyson - one of the most powerful heavyweight boxers of all time - you have to up the ante even further. And that's what Jamie Foxx has been doing.
Jamie Foxx - who you have to say looks great for 52 - has been sharing some of his most recent progress pictures on social media. He's been hitting the gym hard over the last few months, despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Foxx said: "It is no secret that I have been pursuing the @miketyson biopic for some time. People always ask me when is it going to happen? Things have finally lined up."
Speaking specifically about the kind of workout routine he's been following, Foxx said the most difficult task is getting started.
"The first but biggest task is to transform the body," he said.
When it comes to the workout routine, Foxx has been building up with the basics: bodyweight exercises.
Jamie Foxx says: "With a regiment of pull-ups, dips and push-ups, we are off to a pretty good start."
Bodyweight exercises might not be the most fashionable moves out there, as the fitness industry regularly throws up new, funky looking bodybuilding machines. But bodyweight exercises are proven to get the job done.
