His father is arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all time. Arnold Schwarzenegger won seven consecutive Mr. Olympia titles before retiring in 1980. While this feat has since been bettered by Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman, Schwarzenegger is the man who took bodybuilding into the mainstream.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Joseph follows a similar workout routine to his dad, using a combination of heavy, compound lifts alongside isolation exercises to build muscle. Baena says similar, claiming that he prefers training triceps before biceps as it 'gets the pump going' and is a bigger muscle. After conquering the Mr. Olympia world, Schwarzenegger then took Hollywood and US politics by storm. If Baena comes close to a third of that, he will have done alright.
