Virgin Island viewers were left astonished as one contestant lost their virginity in a 'marathon' session.
The Channel 4 show sees 12 virgins receive expert coaching from both therapists and intimacy experts in an aim to gain sexual relationships.
In the run of the show, all 12 virgins achieve a level of intimacy with either a surrogate or a coach; however, only one actually gets to go all the way.
And it seems that one person was Dave.
In the series finale, the 24-year-old accountant became the first and only contestant to lose his virginity as he entered the island's 'zen den' with sex surrogate Kat.
The pair became intimate, with viewers left to hear what was going on as the camera cut away to picturesque shots of the island.
Typical Tuesday night TV...
Dave and Kat were then shown back in the room in bed together discussing the experience, which Dave said he enjoyed.
Later, Kat said: "I feel good about being the person with him at that important moment."
Viewers of the show were stunned by what they saw, but seem happy with the outcome, with one saying: "DAVE GOT IT!!!! WAS ROOTING FOR THIS GUY."
Another viewers reacted: "Dave’s only gone and done it."
Channel 4 has yet to confirm a second season of the show.
The show was first labelled ‘creepy’ and ‘gross’ by Channel 4 viewers; however, the makers of the show recently defended its aim.
