Multiple arrests have been made in connection with the death of Matthew Perry, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources told the publication that multiple law enforcement agencies have executed search warrants and seized computers, phones and other electronic devices to determine who supplied Perry with the ketamine that caused him to lose consciousness.
Perry, who was best known for his role as Chandler Bing in the hit TV show 'Friends', died on October 28 last year after losing consciousness and drowning in his hot tub.
Perry had been getting ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression but the last therapy was a week and a half before his death meaning the ketamine in his system was not doctor-prescribed.
Since his death, the DEA, US Postal Service and LAPD have been conducting a criminal investigation.
According to TMZ, one doctor has been arrested along with several dealers who helped arrange and deliver ketamine to Perry.
According to sources close to the investigation, the search warrant revealed text messages discussing the logistics of delivering the ketamine to Perry and how much the 54-year-old would pay for the drug.
Perry had the same level of ketamine in his system that is used for general anesthesia in surgery.
