There are some strict rules in place regarding resale tickets

Oasis resale tickets can be purchased via official channels from today.

On Saturday, tickets for the Gallagher brothers’ huge reunion tour went on sale, with millions hoping to bag a ticket to one of the 17 dates the band are playing next July and August.

In the end, all the dates and venues were officially sold out by Saturday evening.

If you were one of the many who missed out on tickets, then your only hope now lies with picking up a ticket on a resale site.

As of today (September 2), fans can now list tickets on Ticketmaster's official ticket exchange.

However, there are strict rules in place when it comes to selling and buying resale tickets.

There have been huge concerns that people would hoover up tickets to the sell them for inflated prices on resale platforms.

The band warned any tickets bought through other secondary sites would be voided.

On Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan and Twickets, fans can only be resold at face value, plus a booking fee.

The company came under fire for the inflated prices, but has defended itself, saying it is down to the “event organiser” who “has priced these tickets according to their market value”.
