Oasis resale tickets can be purchased via official channels from today.
On Saturday, tickets for the Gallagher brothers’ huge reunion tour went on sale, with millions hoping to bag a ticket to one of the 17 dates the band are playing next July and August.
In the end, all the dates and venues were officially sold out by Saturday evening.
If you were one of the many who missed out on tickets, then your only hope now lies with picking up a ticket on a resale site.
As of today (September 2), fans can now list tickets on Ticketmaster's official ticket exchange.
However, there are strict rules in place when it comes to selling and buying resale tickets.
There have been huge concerns that people would hoover up tickets to the sell them for inflated prices on resale platforms.
The band warned any tickets bought through other secondary sites would be voided.
On Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan and Twickets, fans can only be resold at face value, plus a booking fee.
The company came under fire for the inflated prices, but has defended itself, saying it is down to the “event organiser” who “has priced these tickets according to their market value”.
Explore more on these topics:
Demand was unsurprisingly huge for the tickets, and millions battled with huge online queues - and surprising prices - to try and get their hands on a ticket.
Oasis issued a number of statements before the sale opened warning people that only tickets resold on Ticketmaster and Twickets would be valid, but this hasn't stopped tickets appearing on others sites for thousands of pounds.
But there was controversy on Saturday when Ticketmaster started selling tickets for some £200 more than they initially sold for at the start of the day. This was a result of something known as ‘dynamic pricing,’ which allows Ticketmaster to raise the price of tickets according to market demand.
