Music To Live By: The hottest artists of 2016 share the soundtrack to their lives

Playlists are wondrous things but isn't it getting to a point where you've made so many, you've started making playlists for playlists?

Now, us music fans need to be ruthless and pick a song to define occasions...okay maybe two. We've asked the hottest British bands of 2016 to do just this and collaborate on a 'Music To Live By' soundtrack. Manchester band Blossoms kicked things off with this eclectic collection, then South London duo Formation provided us with this story of tracks. Now, we're lucky to say the sublime Frances has provided us with our third instalment. You must have heard the name, she's been on every poll going, including the Brits Critics’ Choice and BBC Sound of 2016. The 22-year-old piano-playing singer and songwriter from Newbury, Berkshire, is making her mark with honest lyrics and effortless character. An upcoming tour, performing at Coachella and this week she was announced on the line-up for Wild Life Festival in Brighton, she's fast becoming a treasured talent. Oh, and she has hair to die for.
