Liam Payne’s posthumous song Do No Wrong is due to be released on Friday.
Songwriter Sam Pounds, who was working with the former One Direction star said he prays the track will be ‘a blessing to the world like Liam had always dreamed’.
Payne died at the age of 31 on October 16 after falling from his third-floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Taking to social media, Pounds said: “I pray that this will be a blessing to the world like Liam has always dreamed.
“I pray angels will comfort you all everyday while listening. I pray that this song will be a blessing to Ruth, Bear, and the entire family.
“I pray that this song eclipses the negative echoes. I pray supernatural positive healing power will embrace each and every one of you. Presave links here. With love.”
He concluded the post: “Let’s all BE the blessing.”
This latest news comes after it was announced Payne’s body was being held in the South American country while investigations into the circumstances surrounding the singer’s death are still ongoing.
His death sparked an outpouring of grief from fans around the world, who held vigils with flowers, cards, and candles to remember him.
His One Direction bandmates, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson all paid tribute to the star alongside Simon Cowell who formed the boyband on the X Factor.
Payne leaves behind a son, Bear, who he welcomed with former X Factor judges Cheryl Cole in 2017.
In the weeks leading up to his death, Payne had been involved in filming a Netflix reality series titled Building The Band where he was a part of the judging panel.
The project is now said to be ‘on hold’. Alongside Payne, The Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger, Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland and Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean were also on the judging panel as they looked to ‘create the next great pop group’.
