Liam Gallagher reveals how he ended 15 year argument with Noel

The feud between the Gallagher brothers had been one of the most famous in British music

The Mancunians have been the talk of the music world over the last month after they announced they were reuniting as Oasis for the first time in 15 years.

The band had split up in 2009 after the Gallaghers were involved in a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

Noel later claimed his brother had tried to attack him with a guitar after a row over whether Liam could advertise his clothing brand in the programme for V Festival.

Since then, the brotherly feud has been one of the most infamous in British music.

Ever since they announced the Oasis reunion last month, fans have wondered just how Liam and Noel managed to kiss and make up.

Now, the younger Gallagher has shed some light on how he put 15 years of animosity with his brother behind him.

Responding to a fan on X who asked him "who called first," Liam responded: "I called him but don’t tell anyone as I do t wont folk thinking I’m a soft lad and stuffs keep it between me n you cheers x"

There have also been reports that Liam and Noel's mum, Peggy, played a key role in helping them mend their relationship.

However it came about, fans across the country are happy it did.

Oasis will be playing 19 dates across the UK and Ireland in July, August and September next year.

The reunion hasn't been without controversy though, with the Britpop icons having come under fire for the way tickets were sold to the concerts.

Over the coming days, hopeful fans will find out if they have been successful in the ballot to try and buy tickets for Oasis' final UK concert at Wembley at the end of September.
