10 years since being released, the film keeps on getting better!

Ten years ago today, the cult-classic In Bruges opened in the United States and the world was introduced to the finest dark-comedy of the decade. As stated previously,
we're massive fans of Martin McDonagh's feature-length debut because aside from the hilarious one-liners and superb characters, the script is brimming with pathos and redemption.
This being said, it's impossible not to quote lines like "You're an inanimate fuckin' object!", " That's for John Lennon, you Yankee fuckin' c**t!" and "You's are a bunch of fuckin' elephants!"
The film did OK at the box-office, it took $33,394,440 worldwide, but given its tone and incredibly layered subject matter, it was never going to be an easy film to market. Like most great films though, it found its audience through word of mouth and the DVD market.
Ultimately, McDonagh went on to receive an Oscar nomination for Best Screenplay while Farrell won a Golden Globe for his performance as Ray, the stroppy and suicidal hitman. It's worth noting that Gleeson was also nominated in the same category. Picking a favourite character is nearly impossible because while Farrell gets the laughs, Gleeson really is the heart and soul of the film.
To mark the ten year anniversary of the wonderful film, we've decided to take a look at some of the deleted scenes and truth be told, they're better than most other comedies.
If you've already seen the DVD extras then you'll know what's in store but if you haven't, you're in for a treat.

00:00 - 0o: 44: Ken tries to get Ray to join him in a carriage. In typical Ray fashion, he calls Neddy the horse "a smelly fat shite."
00:44 - 03: 05: Harry arrives in Bruges via train and has a conversation with "a c**t." We also get plenty more details about Harry's backstory and why the Belgian town means so much to him. After all, "it's a fairytale town, isn't it?"
03:06-05: 28: There are more scenes that develop the relationship between Ray and Chloe.
05:30-06:15: Ken tortures Ray with even more sightseeing around Bruges because "he's taking the piss."
06:15-07:12: Ray gives a few more NSFW details about the "big fat fucking retarded fucking black girl on a see-saw" that we learned about at the breakfast table. FYI, the language is very coarse but it's worth noting that since he became famous, Farrell is a passionate ambassador for Special Olympics Ireland and he has consistently done excellent work.

07:20-09:36 - Ray's hilarious and petulant strops continue when he's forced to go sightseeing.
09:36-10:42 - Ray can't stop thinking about the little boy that he accidentally shot and we finally get to see why the poster for the film had an image of him holding an ice cream.
10:42-12:41- Ray's pre-date routine is absolutely hilarious as he reveals the insane amount of pints that he has before meeting Chloe.
14:14- 15:00: Ray calls Chloe to inform her that he's taken some drugs from her room and it's clear that he's got suicidal thoughts.
15:00-16:54: We get an extended scene of why Ken has such a sense of loyalty to Harry. In that flashback, Harry (played by Matt Smith) takes revenge on the police officer that killed Ken's wife. Hannah Murray (Gilly from Game of Thrones) is also in this scene.
