As Miller continues to be embroiled in controversy, fans pick a replacement

Some fans of DC's speediest superhero want Elliot Page to replace Ezra Miller as The Flash in the character's upcoming standalone movie and all future DCEU appearances. Miller has been caught up in a number of scandals in recent years such as grabbing a fan by the throat, being arrested in Hawaii for drunken and aggressive behaviour and, most recently, being filmed seemingly threatening to knockout a shop worker who asked for a selfie. Now it appears as though it may have been one headline too many for Miller as fans on social media are now tipping The Umbrella Academy and Juno star to replace him as Barry Allen, a.k.a. This update came shortly after Miller was accused of grooming an underaged fan. A 12-year-old and their mother filed for a restraining order and while the Justice League and Fantastic Beasts star continues to deny the claims, authorities have been struggling to locate the actor ever since. Elsewhere, even if Page is ultimately overlooked for the role of the crimson comet, others have been putting forward plenty of other suggestions in the meantime - one of which has already played the role.
