Brooklyn Nine-Nine has started filming on season six, after being saved from cancellation

May 2018 was a roller coaster for fans of the superlative NBC sitcom Brooklyn Nine Nine. After being cancelled by its original home Fox after five seasons, the show was quickly resurrected by NBC. The sixth season is due to debut in 2019, and we are ecstatic to see that production has started. Various cast members have been sharing images on social media from the set, so we know it is really happening. When NBC picked up the show from Fox, NBC Entertainment's Chairman Robert Greenblatt professed his love for the show: "Ever since we sold this show to Fox I've regretted letting it get away, and it's high time it came back to its rightful home.
