Another new Alan Partridge series is already in the works

This Time with Alan Partridge co-writers and directors Neil Gibbons and Rob Gibbons have let slip of another new Partridge series coming later this year during an interview on the Empire podcast. "We're going to film it in May for the BBC, which is Alan trying his hand at something else," they added. Whilst there has been no official update about this new series from the BBC, the writing duo did previously hint to the Independent that it may involve Partridge trying to do a "Dimbleby-style grand sweep of British history".
